Khalid is opening a craft brewery and needs a mentor who has done it
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a craft brewery in Newcastle upon Tyne next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Bordeaux so I could bring a meal. Take care.
