Kévin can't leave home - help build a ramp
Help Kévin regain independence: a simple ramp build.
🇫🇷 Nîmes, Occitanie, France1,168 views
Kévin has used a wheelchair since 2025, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Kévin can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair.
The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two.
The ramp has to meet the local accessibility standard of 1:12 slope, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate twelve hours of work.
Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Kévin's family will cook lunch for the team.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Rooting for you, Guillaume. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I have a 16 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
Stay strong. Shared it with a few friends. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out
