Keep the water on at Víctor's home in Santa Fe
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Víctor needs $250 before August.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $250. I have never been late before June's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through summer without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Heating arrears: $125

• Down payment on a payment plan: $80
