Keep the heating on at Shankar's home in New Delhi

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $150. I have never been late before April's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
