Keep the heating on at Gunnar's home in Uppsala

A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Gunnar needs $850 before November.

The heating account is 3 months behind. Gunnar received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $850 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Gunnar called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Gunnar is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Gunnar's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $850 goes: • Heating arrears: $450 • Reconnection and late fees: $135 • Down payment on a payment plan: $265 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Karl

Take care, Karl. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings.
