Keep the gas on at Paul's home in Nairobi
Help Paul cover an overdue gas bill so the household stays safe this summer.

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Paul's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $150 goes:
• Gas arrears: $95
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Sending good thoughts, Paul. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together!
thanks for sharing this, Paul. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together.
Wishing you peace. Shared it with a few friends. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Fresno.
thanks for sharing this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 18 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Praying for you, Paul. Looking forward to the next update. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Nairobi.
