Keep the gas on at Juan's home in Buenos Aires

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
