Keep the gas on at Dimas's home in Medan
Dimas is behind on gas bills after July's medical emergency and needs $105 to avoid a shut-off.

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $105. I have never been late before July's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Dimas's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $105 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $70
• Reconnection and late fees: $30
• Down payment on a payment plan: $5
Glad we found this place.

Hope things get better soon, Dimas. This could happen to any of us. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Surakarta.
Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Medan
Sending love, Dimas. Hope this works out for you.
Stay strong. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 9 people at work
Sending good thoughts. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from San Francisco.
You're not alone. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My husband and I read this together. Blessings
hang in there, Dimas. I hope things turn around soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
Keep going, Dimas. Shared this with my family. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. All the best.
hope it all works out. Looking forward to the next update. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
