Keep the gas on at Arda's home in Kadıköy

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $200. I have never been late before October's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
