Keep the electricity on at Takeshi's home in Kitakyushu

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Takeshi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $600 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in September. Takeshi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $140 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. Takeshi is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
