Keep the electricity and water on at Swapna's home in Nagpur
Swapna is behind on electricity and water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $100. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
