A car accident left Landon short on rent for 5 months; help us stay in our home.

When the hotel closed in July, I fell 5 months behind on rent. Last Friday a final eviction notice was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $1,000.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by October, we must leave.
