Julieta can't leave home - help build a ramp
Help Julieta regain independence: a simple ramp build.
馃嚘馃嚪 C贸rdoba, C贸rdoba, Argentina1,654 views
Julieta has used a wheelchair since 2024, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Julieta can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair.
The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two.
The ramp has to meet the local accessibility standard of 1:12 slope, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate eight hours of work.
Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Julieta's family will cook lunch for the team.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Thinking of you and your family. Your post was clear and honest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Jimma
