I have worked as a call-centre agent for 10 years, and I'm 26. After a health scare, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a part-time diploma. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Kerala, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
