Josefa needs my tuk-tuk repaired to get back to work in Los Angeles
Without my tuk-tuk Josefa can't work; a $1,450 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 6 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• engine head gasket replacement (parts): $990
• Towing and inspection: $130
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $330
If you're reading this, thank you.
