Join the Seniors' Tea Afternoon: Toru needs helpers on Friday
We're short of hands for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon; can you spare a morning?
๐ฏ๐ต Tokyo, Japan316 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 495 neighbors in Tokyo. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

You're not alone, Toru. Looking forward to the next update. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Kota.
