Join the Seniors' Tea Afternoon: Shankar needs helpers on Tuesday
We're short of hands for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon; can you spare a morning?
🇮🇳 Kerala, India1,310 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 205 neighbors in Thrissur. I help organize it with 12 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Thinking of you and your family, Shankar. More neighborhoods should do this. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Paris.
