Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 205 neighbors in Los Angeles. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

      • rooting for you, Diego. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
