Join the School Supplies Giveaway: Vivian needs helpers on Sunday
Give a few hours to the School Supplies Giveaway - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇺🇸 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States654 views
Every year the School Supplies Giveaway brings together 405 neighbors in Philadelphia. I help organize it with 7 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 3-hour shift
- format
- In person in Philadelphia
- skills
- friendly attitude, willingness to help

Keep going, Vivian. Looking forward to the next update. After 14 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care
