Join the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive: Salma needs helpers on Thursday
We're short of hands for the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive; can you spare a morning?
🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh954 views
Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 371 neighbors in Gazipur. I help organize it with 11 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Thank you so much.

Sending love. Great idea, hope you get there. We're a small family in Poitiers but we're thinking of you. Blessings.
Sending strength, Salma. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings
Your post was clear and honest. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Xalapa.
hope this works out for you. Put this on a community board in San Francisco this morning.
Take care. Your post was clear and honest. After 15 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings
sending love, Salma. Shared this with my family
It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 28 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
