Join the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive: Petros needs helpers on Monday
Our small team in Athens is running the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇬🇷 Attica, Greece629 views
Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 576 neighbors in Athens. I help organize it with 8 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
