Join the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive: Kelechi needs helpers on Tuesday
Give a few hours to the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.

Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 103 neighbors in Lagos. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.

You're not alone, Kelechi. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Lagos.
