Join the Holiday Toy Drive: Rafiq needs helpers on Sunday
Our small team in Chennai is running the Holiday Toy Drive and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇮🇳 Tamil Nadu, India94 views
Every year the Holiday Toy Drive brings together 306 neighbors in Chennai. I help organize it with 7 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

So sorry you're going through this, Rafiq. Hope you get there. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
Hope things get better soon. Shared this with my family. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Love from Thika.
