Join the Holiday Toy Drive: Owen needs helpers on Friday
Our small team in Birmingham is running the Holiday Toy Drive and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom428 views
Every year the Holiday Toy Drive brings together 565 neighbors in Birmingham. I help organize it with 12 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

So sorry you're going through this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
Praying for you, Owen. Shared this with my family. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care.
