Join the Holiday Toy Drive: Joaquim needs helpers on Friday
We are short of hands for the Holiday Toy Drive; can you spare a morning?
🇧🇷 Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil893 views
Every year the Holiday Toy Drive brings together 217 neighbors in Recife. I help organize it with 11 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Thank you for reading my story.
