Join the Free Community Meal: Kun needs helpers on Friday
Our small team in Fresno is running the Free Community Meal and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States562 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 195 neighbors in Fresno. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 3-hour shift
- format
- In person in Fresno
- skills
- friendly attitude, willingness to help
