Join the Free Community Meal: Evans needs helpers on Saturday
Give a few hours to the Free Community Meal - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Tanzania628 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 127 neighbors in Dar es Salaam. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Glad we found this place.

Wishing you peace, Evans. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
