Join the Free Community Meal: Bhavna needs helpers on Tuesday
Our small team in Los Angeles is running the Free Community Meal and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States1,039 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 465 neighbors in Los Angeles. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I hope life is good to you.

So sorry you're going through this, Bhavna. I hope things turn around soon. After 6 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
best of luck, Bhavna. I hope things turn around soon. I'll check back for the next update. Take care
Stay strong, Bhavna. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did!
