Give a few hours to the Free Community Meal - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.

Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 435 neighbors in Udaipur. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Sending strength. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Udaipur.
thinking of you and your family, Ashok. Shared this with my family. Sent it to 36 people at work. God bless
You're not alone. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. My neighbor in Minneapolis donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Minneapolis
Best of luck. Shared this with my family. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings
Thanks for sharing this, Ashok. Hope you get there. After 24 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything
