Join the Free Community Meal: Alejandro needs helpers on Friday
Give a few hours to the Free Community Meal - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia603 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 539 neighbors in Bogotá. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Good luck, Alejandro. Hope you get there. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
