Join the Community Soup Kitchen Night: Keerthana needs helpers on Monday
Give a few hours to the Community Soup Kitchen Night - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇮🇳 Siliguri, West Bengal, India876 views
Every year the Community Soup Kitchen Night brings together 182 neighbors in Siliguri. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Wishing you peace. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best
wishing you the best. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. We're a small family in Gazipur but we're thinking of you. Take care.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Thinking of Siliguri!
great idea, hope you get there. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings
Wishing you the best, Keerthana. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
