Join the Clean Streets Saturday: Kamrul needs helpers on Saturday
Our small team in Thane is running the Clean Streets Saturday and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇮🇳 Maharashtra, India642 views
Every year the Clean Streets Saturday brings together 246 neighbors in Thane. I help organize it with 12 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Thank you so much.

Great idea, hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to London so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Albany.
best of luck, Kamrul. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Thinking of Thane.
Sending good thoughts, Kamrul. Your post was clear and honest. After 17 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
So sorry you're going through this, Kamrul. Your post was clear and honest. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
So sorry you're going through this, Kamrul. Looking forward to the next update. Love from Newport.
