Join the Clean Streets Saturday: Christopher needs helpers on Thursday
Give a few hours to the Clean Streets Saturday - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom757 views
Every year the Clean Streets Saturday brings together 424 neighbors in London. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

- Practical and effective help
This experience has restored my faith in the goodness of people. The helper was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my outcome.
- Great help in a difficult time
I was going through a tough time and this person's support was invaluable. They didn't judge, just helped. That kind of genuine compassion is rare these days.
