Join the Clean Streets Saturday: Abril needs helpers on Saturday
We're short of hands for the Clean Streets Saturday; can you spare a morning?
🇺🇸 Reading, Pennsylvania, United States108 views
Every year the Clean Streets Saturday brings together 566 neighbors in Reading. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
