John needs a guide into software testing - monthly calls
A mentor in software testing could help John with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a farmer for 14 years, and I'm 50. After being laid off, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in England, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you and your family, John. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We're a small family in Embakasi but we're thinking of you. God bless.
Good luck, John. Hope you get there. My husband and I read this together
rooting for you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Put this on a community board in Jodhpur this morning. All the best.
Hope it all works out, John. Small businesses are the heart of Birmingham. Hope you're open again soon. Greetings from Onitsha
Sending strength, John. Small businesses are the heart of Birmingham. Hope you're open again soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
Sending good thoughts, John. Hope you make a strong comeback. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
