Javier is opening a bakery and needs a mentor who has done it
Looking for a small-business mentor, preferably with bakery experience.

I'm launching a bakery in Bogotá next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a bakery, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Your post was clear and honest. Wish I lived closer to Nairobi so I could bring a meal. Greetings from San Sebastián
wishing you the best, Javier. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings.
Hope the shop reopens soon. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Duisburg.
