I have worked as a retail manager for 17 years, and I'm 44. After the factory closing, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Bagmati, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
