Jae-hyun needs three industrial sewing machines to reopen a tailoring shop
Jae-hyun has run a tailoring shop for six years; a fire in the building destroyed the equipment, and $2,500 will put it back on its feet.

For six years I have run a tailoring shop in Gangnam. In August, a fire in the building took three industrial sewing machines. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Initial stock: fabric and thread: $540
• Replacing three industrial sewing machines: $1,700
• Shop repairs and licensing: $260
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

thinking of you and your family. Hope this works out for you. Greetings from St. Petersburg!
small businesses are the heart of Gangnam. Hope you're open again soon. Thinking of Gangnam.
Wishing you peace, Jae-hyun. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Wish I lived closer to Jacksonville so I could bring a meal. Blessings
You're not alone, Jae-hyun. Shared it with a few friends. After 27 years in farming I know how hard it is to ask for anything. Take care.
