I have worked as a call-centre agent for 10 years, and I'm 41. After the factory closing, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Île-de-France, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
