Iwan is opening a co-working café and needs a mentor who has done it
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a co-working café in Depok next June. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

rooting for you, Iwan. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Jacksonville so I could bring a meal.
