Isabela needs a guide into renewable energy - monthly calls
Isabela, a factory operator, is retraining for renewable energy and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a factory operator for 18 years, and I'm 40. After a health scare, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in São Paulo, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.

Keep going, Isabela. Small businesses are the heart of São Paulo. Hope you're open again soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
Thanks for sharing this, Isabela. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Love from Anaheim.
I hope things turn around soon. Love from Toronto.
Keep going, Isabela. Shared it with a few friends. Sent it to 8 people at work
