Seeking an experienced healthcare administration professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.

I have worked as a retail manager for 13 years, and I'm 50. After the factory closing, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Jalisco, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
