Is there a roofer who can donate a few hours in Surrey?

In April an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,200 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $195.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Take care, Marwan. Shared this with my family. Love from Toulon
Good luck, Marwan. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I have a 10 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Surrey.
gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor in Abuja donated after I showed her your page
Stay strong, Marwan. Looking forward to the next update. Sent it to 5 people at work. All the best!
