Is there a roofer who can donate a few hours in Scranton?
Eun-woo has a burst pipe behind the wall, and can't afford a licensed roofer to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,350 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $90.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

So sorry you're going through this, Eun-woo. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Thinking of Scranton.
