Is there a roofer who can donate a few hours in Chennai?
A roofer is needed to repair faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning at the home of a family of 5.

In August an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $280 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $35.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Wishing you peace, Dhanalakshmi. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Sending love. This could happen to any of us. After 6 years in logistics I know how hard it is to ask for anything. Love from Toulouse.
