Is there a roofer who can donate a few hours in Amsterdam?

In August an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,400 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $165.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

sending love, Noor. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Blessings.
sending love. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I hope October is when things finally get easier. Thinking of Amsterdam
