In August an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $540 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $180.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Good luck, Enrico. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
Stay strong, Enrico. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Blessings
Sending love, Enrico. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
