Is there a HVAC technician who can donate a few hours in Aurora?
A HVAC technician is needed to repair a burst pipe behind the wall at the home of a family of 5.

In February an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,300 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $240.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you, Satish. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Thinking of Aurora!
Thanks for sharing this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Mumbai donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
