Is there a HVAC technician who can donate a few hours in Akron?
Tomás has a septic backup, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a septic backup. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,700 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $260.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Wishing you peace, Tomás. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. All the best.
