Is there a gas fitter who can donate a few hours in Dnipro?
Vladimir has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning, and can't afford a licensed gas fitter to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In September an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $185 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $55.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thinking of you, Vladimir. I hope things turn around soon
Wishing you peace. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Dnipro
Rooting for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't give up. Thinking of Dnipro.
